By using Block Woodline, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. References to the “Game” mean Block Woodline and its related services.
1. Local Board Data
Current grid state, score, sound choices, tutorial status, and other preferences may be saved on the device. Removing the app or clearing its storage may erase this local information.
2. Performance Measurement
We may receive grouped information about loading time, frame rate, app version, and unexpected closures. It is used to improve responsiveness across supported devices.
3. Store Transactions
Optional purchases, when offered, are processed by the relevant app store. We do not receive full card or bank details, but may receive a transaction reference needed to deliver or restore an item.
4. Information from You
A player who asks for help may provide an email address, a description of the board, screenshots, or device details. We use that material to answer the specific inquiry.
5. Service Providers
Hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or store services may process limited information for their assigned function. Their handling is governed by their own policies and contractual obligations.
6. Storage Period
Support correspondence is retained while the request is active and may be kept longer when needed to document a resolution. Technical records are removed or aggregated when they are no longer useful.
7. Privacy Requests
Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or an explanation of certain information. We may need enough detail to locate the relevant record and verify the request.
